Tom Hoferer

Tom Hoferer is Operations Leader, Business and General Aviation. In this role, Tom is responsible for developing and leading the integration of technology, commercial and product support processes for the Business and General Aviation customer base.

Tom began his career with GE in 1991 on the Technical Leadership Program. After completing the training program, Tom worked in Sourcing with GE's international partners on the CFE738 and various Marine and Industrial programs. Since then, Tom has been in various roles ranging from leading the aftermarket spares team for Aero Energy to Program Manager roles with GE's revenue share partners to managing the service contracts for the global customer base of CT7 operators.

Before being named the Operations Leader for business and General Aviation, Tom was the Master Blackbelt for GE Aviation Marketing, supporting the Marketing team by driving process improvements in how the business manages innovation, developing marketing involvement in the NPI tollgate process and leading the customer loyalty program (Net Promoter Score) for the business.

He has a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Tom is married to Christine and has three children, Jacob, 14, Rachel, 12, and Catherine, 9. Beyond kids sports and activities, Tom likes yard work, and playing golf.

Bob Fullarton

Bob has over 28 years experience in US and international sales and marketing.

He began his business career at Procter & Gamble in 1981 as a sales representative. After moving into sales management in P&G's Paper Division, Bob transferred to Advertising. In 1985, he became Brand Manager and later Associate Advertising Manager for P&G's Patient Care Products where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing and new business development. In 1989 Bob moved back into sales as Sales Manager for Patient Care Products in the US.

He then transferred into P&G international operations in 1992 as Mexico Country Sales Director, helping that business unit reach record sales and profit and introducing customer business development as a new way to work with retailers in that market.

In 1994 he became Director, Global Customer Business Development focusing on building the infrastructure to implement customer business development across all of P&G's business units in Latin America. In 1999 Bob moved into a newly created global sales innovation role and led the start-up of P&G's global e-retailing business and the development of new, innovative approaches to retail sales including work on in-store and data-based marketing with leading retailers around the world.

Bob joined dunnhumby in 2004 to oversee the creation of their international strategy and expansion plans. He helped dunnhumby enter new markets in Western Europe, Canada and Latin America. In Bob's current role as Senior Vice President - Partnerships, he is focused on helping dunnhumby leverage their current portfolio of data ssets and clients to create new capabilities and new revenue streams with both retailers and consumer CPG companies.

Bob lives in Cincinnati and is married with two children.

Stephen W. Goodroe

Steve joined The Procter & Gamble Company after graduating from Terry College in 1971. Over the course of a thirty-year career with P&G, he had the opportunity to live and work in North America, Europe, and Asia. Steve spent the first part of his career in various sales and marketing roles in the U.S. His first international assignment was as Sales Director of the United Kingdom in 1984. Steve relocated to the US in 1988 as head of sales for P&G's Health Care business. He returned to international in 1991 as General Sales Manager of P&G's total business in Southeast Asia, based in Hong Kong. In 1994, Steve was named Vice President-Customer Business Development, Asia, with overall responsibility for P&G sales and business development in 17 countries, including China, India, and Japan.

While living in Hong Kong, Steve served as Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce (HK), and was an officer and director of the American Club. He returned to P&G's world headquarters in Cincinnati in 1998 as Vice President-Global Customer Marketing. Steve retired from P&G at the end of 2001.

Steve then led the successful startup of dunnhumby USA, a marketing services company that is a joint venture between The Kroger Company and dunnhumby Ltd. (London), serving as the founding CEO. Steve currently serves as an advisor to two startup companies, and is on the board of SoftCoin, a marketing services company based in Silicon Valley. He consults on a part-time basis with a management consulting firm.

Steve is currently serving a second term on the Alumni Advisory Board of Terry College, and previously served on the advisory board of the Masters of Marketing Research (MMR) program. He taught a marketing strategy course in the Executive MBA program in 2002. Steve is actively involved with the Terry College marketing department and is a frequent guest lecturer.

Steve is a native of Georgia, born in Thomaston and raised in Griffin. He and his wife Linda have two children, Kate and John, both of whom are in college. Steve and Linda split their time between Atlanta and Kiawah Island, SC.
