Who Are We?
UGrowU was founded in 2008 with a mission to be a one stop solution for entry level recruiting and corporate growth. Our goal is to help the student, professional, and company meet their growth goals.
As former students, we understand that it is important to be aware of various career paths available in your chosen field. Early in your college career UGrowU will connect you with real professionals in various positions helping you to identify your career path, saving you time and money.
For the company, it is important for the potential employee to be able to see the big picture. When entry level employees have a greater understanding of what the company and job title is all about, a mutual fit is discovered and retained.
UGrowU aims to meet this mission through communication, networking, mentoring, and advanced growth solutions.

College:
After high school I attended the University of Cincinnati where I studied Mechanical Engineering and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006.
Career:
Directly after college I joined General Electric in the Operations Management Leadership Program and I learned a lot about business and myself. While I was on program I took a deep look at what led me to where I was in my career. It all started in college and the connections my university had with existing companies. I soon realized the gaps associated with it, which lead my partners and I to develop UGrowU.com.
UGrowU:
Through unique tools and a different approach to finding a job we hope to revolutionize the entry level job market and help you find the career of your dreams. Your career search does not start your senior year of college, it starts the day you start college. If you have any questions about UGrowU or just want some career advice, send me a message and I will do my best to help you.

College:
Upon graduation, I attended college at the University of Cincinnati. During my co-op rotations I worked at BP and Proctor and Gamble conducting assignments including research, design, and process engineering. In 2006, I graduated Magna Cum Laude in Chemical Engineering.
Career:
I started my career after college and joined General Electric in the Operations Management Leadership Program. In the four years that I've been with the company, I've relocated to three different sites throughout the nation.
UGrowU:
As I've advanced from my college career to my current professional career, I've reflected on how I got to where I am today. Have I found my passion? Did I look at all of the options? Was there anyone I could've talked to during my college career? All of these questions I felt were unanswered.
