A personal video is a vital part to your UGrowU Virtual Resume. It will enable a potential employer the ability to better understand your interests and personality, which a traditional resume simply can't convey. A video will enable you to separate yourself from your peers. No longer will you be a piece of paper.

Anyone can vote on your video. If someone likes it they will give it a thumbs up, and if someone does not like it you get a thumbs down. The highest rated video's will win! Its that simple.

Contest starts on November 1 2010 and ends on April 1 2011

1. You must have an account on UGrowU as a student.
2. Submit an original video of yourself addressing the question "What Does Your Dream Career Include". It is suggested that you talk about your strengths, weaknesses, acomplishments, and aspirations.
3. You must vote on at least 10 videos to be eligible for any prizes.
4. You can only win one prize. If it is determined the user has more than one profile, all videos will be disqualified by that user.
5. It is at the sole discretion of UGrowU to disqualify any candidates for any reason. Don't cheat the system and you wont need to worry!
6. You must have a valid address and phone number in the United States. We will use this to contact you if you win the contest.
